Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
In case you have a shared website hosting plan with us and you want to activate the catch-all functionality for a given email mailbox that you have in the account, it’ll take literally just one mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to achieve this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain hosted in the account. You can select one single email address per domain by clicking the corresponding button. This will activate the feature momentarily, so all messages sent to misspelled email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button once more will disable the catch-all feature. In case you have activated email forwarding, our system will show a warning notice and you will not be able to activate the catch-all feature until you deactivate the forwarding or you can simply select another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all email address can be configured with a few clicks of the mouse if you have a Linux semi-dedicated plan with our company. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered through our custom-developed Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll be able to create mailboxes under any domain hosted here. To enable the catch-all feature for a particular mailbox, you will have to click on the logo with the same name, which will be next to each mailbox. Disabling the feature can be done in the same fashion and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been enabled for a certain domain name, you’ll receive a warning notification. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never edit or disable anything automatically.
