Multiple OS in VPS Servers
Our VPS server plans include three Linux releases that you could choose from for the Operating System of your new web server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. Aside from being 100 % free, the OSs are really stable and safe and the key reason to offer all 3 of them is to ensure that you will be able to run each application that you'd like, because different pieces of software could have different requirements with regards to the environment they work on. Each of the three OSs is supported by a vast community of web developers who have made thousands of software packages which you can install and use on your VPS. Based on the Operating System that you choose, you will also be able to select between three different Control Panels to control your website hosting content. Needless to say, in case you decide that you need another OS, we could always re-install the server with it. As a paid upgrade, we also offer weekly updates of the Operating System for max stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers
The dedicated server packages that we offer come with as many as three different Operating Systems to choose from. They are all Linux release - Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian, and not only do they have no license charges, but they’re also regarded as the most reliable and risk-free OSs. We provide three different ones as each of them is supported by a separate community. The packages that you can add on your web server are different and this could matter if you need to install some piece of software with specific requirements regarding the hosting environment. In this light, the hosting Control Panel which you can select for the dedicated server also depends on the OS that you will choose. You can select any of the three Operating Systems during the order process, however if needed, we can always set up the server once again with another one upon your request. As an optional service that you could add to the plan at any moment, we can update the OS regularly in order to keep it as secure as possible.
